How Did You Come Up With This Idea?


Awhile back, I wanted to provide some level of support for jobseekers looking to make their entry into Tech. My past experience is not one of the tech stakes that will garner you a six figure career immediately, but it is one that is considered a stepping stone in the right direction. With that, I decided to create an interactive game that I thought would not only be entertaining but knowledgeable for those with aspirations.


What is Your Takeway?


You have to create things that you find fulfilling and hope that others will take note and find a way to adapt into what it is they are seeking as well. This interactive game allows you to learn some of most common troubleshooting problems that you will encounter while working as a helpdesk technician or technical support engineer. It allows for you develop your problem solving and critical thinking skills.
