If you are anything like me, you tend to overcome many of your toughest battles by immersing yourself with your support system, meditating or praying. However, I have found over the years that one of the best ways to help you overcome is by listening and reading materials from those that may be fighting similar or far worse battles than you, such as self-help books. Self-help books aim to motivate, transform, ignite creativity and help you find success in all you do. When you are faced with an obstacle it can feel as if you are alone in your fight but you are not. It's liberating to hear not only how one person chose to live life when facing the uncertainty of life itself and how important it is to not let you mind consume how you view things including yourself.
So I have compiled a list of Self-help books that I believe can help you shape your thinking and see things through a different lens.
